Processing times
Successful payments are applied to the card in about ten seconds. In rare cases the network needs longer; if credit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact us with your reference number and we will trace or refund it.
Good to know
- Your bank may apply its own foreign transaction fee if your card was issued outside the UAE.
- The fee is charged once per transaction, so a single larger top-up costs less than several small ones.
- Card types are handled the same way: personal, silver, gold and blue cards all accept the same top-up.
